[Resolved]  Delhivery — Product out for delivery since 3 days but not delivered

Since 3 days i have been showing that the product ia out for delivery, but by the end of the day when i check the tracking page it shows delivery could not be attempted.
Whats the issue, why not delivering the product when its in the same city for last 4days?

Updated by Fan q No revert from the customer care yet. No idea on where the package is and when going to be delivered.

Customer care hasn't reached out yet, even after raising a query everyday.
I don't know where my package is, even after being in the same city for last 4days, it has not been delivered yet.
