Delhivery — Product picked but not showing status and closed the awb number for my product | |||
I filed a complaint in boat (Imagine marketing limited) for replacement of my product and boat created a ticket number and sent their delhivery partner to pick the product and i handed them my boat airdopes 311v2 costing rs.7000 and then when i went to check the status of my product the company closed the ticket and their website showed error, even the delhivery office of murbad dist. Thane didn't responded to my complaint and started abusing and took my earphones costing rupees 7000. A guy named dhanaji vyapari contact no.[protected] and the branch owner named sunil alam contact no.[protected] stopped responding and started abusing me saying that they wont return my product back, they again and again placed pickup with awb numbers[protected] on 5th september and closed the ticket and then again on 29th september with awb number[protected] placed a pickup and then closed the ticket and on 5th october 2020 again placed apickup with awb number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
