Delhivery — Product picked up but pickup cancelled

Sir [protected] is the contact no. of courier agent who pickup my product my tracking id [protected] . The product was picked up from me on 20th March at 04:15 PM approximately but on that day pickup status showing incomplete after that day my pickup was cancelled how it possible once pickup already done on 20th March them how it will cancelled on 21st March. I rise a ticket on my problem on same date 20th March but you guys doesn't help me. Ticket Id is 58445758 .

If my problem is not solve with in 48 hrs I will fight with you guys legally. This is my information notice solve my problem other wise wait for my Action.
