I had ordered three tops from urbanic on 3rd August, the order number being[protected]. First they tried delivering but because of the OTP issue they could not but after that they never tried delivering the product and just kept it there. They didn't even call me to come and get it but I had to go to their office to collect it myself.
After I got the product I saw that one of the product was so loose that I couldn't wear so I requested for a return and scheduled the date to 22.08.2022 but this delivery agent came on 20.08.2022 when I was out of station for work, called me up in a busy hour and asked me to give him OTP, which I just gave without checking but when I see today it says that this is the OTP for cancelling reversal.
I don't know how dishonest can that person be to this customer. The number of the delivery agy is +[protected] Was this information helpful? |
