I have placed an order (Wakeup Mattress) from amazon which was seller product, so amazon refused to take any action, instead complaining the Seller. When I reached to the seller, he said we have the logistic partner Delhivery TRACKING ID [protected] (LR Number:[protected]. I have raised many complains and escalation via Amazon and Wakeup (Seller) and when they failed, I complained to the customer support of Delhivery (Support ticket:[protected] but still didn't get proper response.
After numerous attempt I finally got the number of the Delhivery Manager of Dwarahat from wherein my order needs to be deliver by the Delhivery agent. Firstly, they say if you need your order then you need to come here which is 30km far from my home (pincode 263656) and I need to book a cab which would cost me around 1-2k for booking, then the manager of the Delhivery said it doesn't come under our area and delivery agent can't take such huge order.
My question are :-
1. Why they are updating the wrong information in the tracking site and passing wrong information to amazon (PFA the screenshot)
2. Why can't they deliver the product, when it says the home step delivery.
3. Why the manager is not taking his job seriously and providing right updates and not delivering the product to desired location.
4. When they are logistic partner why don't they deliver the large appliance because the recording that I have clearly mention that he accepted that they don't deal with large appliances. So in this case they should either close there Delhivery should close the Dwarahat location/hub or they should take necessary action and provide the resolution.
