Delhivery — Product stuck in Dankuni - Request for urgent delivery

Address:DELHI NCR Plot 5, Sector 44, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002

I have ordered a shipment from Kolkata to Bhubaneswar and the courier was picked up from my house on 3rd of october, 2021. It showed a tentative date of reaching Bhubaneswar by 8th October, 2021.

The order got shipped to Dankuni on 5th October and is still in Dankuni till now without any further updates. The customer care keeps on telling "will update status within 2 days"

The courier is urgent and needs to get delivered ASAP to Bhubaneswar. Kindly help regarding this.
