I had couriered a kitchenware item from Hyderabad to Kannur using the tracking ID provided above. When it was delivered to me it was missing an item. I have raised the complaint as soon as the delivery was made, almost 10 days ago but there is no response from their side. I had also taken an insurance provided by them on the product while booking for delivery.
