Hi, we have placed two orders on August 4th (which are 2 bags) from Bangalore to sattenapalli. AWB nos[protected],[protected]. And very next day both the bags got picked by delivery boy. And we have received 2orders on august 11 and one of them is not mine. Received cardboard box instead of bag. Both the parcels has address stickers which has my name and my addresses. Many times dropped mails to Delhivery team but don't see any progress. It has been 20days. Please take this as important and please do necessary action. Thank you. Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Its been 65 days till now i did not get any responce from there. also complained here but that complaint has been marked as resolved. need to check that one also why it marked as resolved without any comments. delhivery team not replying to my mails also. Please check this one and resolved at erliest. adding screen shots also please check.
