Delhivery — Received wrong parcel(not getting any response from consumer complaints also)

Hi, we have placed two orders on August 4th (which are 2 bags) from Bangalore to sattenapalli. AWB nos[protected],[protected]. And very next day both the bags got picked by delivery boy. And we have received 2orders on august 11 and one of them is not mine. Received cardboard box instead of bag. Both the parcels has address stickers which has my name and my addresses. Many times dropped mails to Delhivery team but don't see any progress. Its been 65 days till now i did not get any responce from there. I have submitted 2 complaints erlier, this is 3rd one why my otherb2 complaints marked as resolved. i thought delhivery team only doing worst service. now you also doing same thing. please check my previous 2 complaints and resolve it asap and if you want close it make comments and then only close it.
