I used the Delhivery app to schedule a pick-up of a parcel on 28th September.
The payment was done using gpay and the amount was debited from my account.

However, the waybill was not generated due to an error and the app closed down when I asked for a refund.
When I go to track the status using order ID on the Delhivery website it says that 'the order can't be found' and the parcel was not picked up from my place either.
There is no way of reaching them via call and i have already tried through email, Instagram DMs and all possible ways but i haven't gotten any response.
I can not register a complain on their account because the waybill wasn't generated.
