I had booked 10 shipments via Delhivery and all of them were delivered to incorrect addresses.
Order ID for those 10 shipments[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]...⇄
[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected]
Delhivery team on 27/07 said that they have already initiated a refund and that I will be receiving the refund within 5-7 business working days. It's been over 10 business working days now and I have still not received the refund back.
If this is the kind of service provided by Delhivery, I will surely recommend my network and colleagues to not use their service in India. Was this information helpful? |
