Delhivery — Refund of Twice payment by fraud or mistake | |||||
Facts of the Issue : We have booked an article from relaxo website via Order Status #[protected] Customer Mobile No - [protected] The movement we made online payment of it via amazon pay it was not updated in the app of Delivery Person of Delhivery and the transaction got failed as shown by delivery man. Delivery person asked payment is not received and amount deducted if any will be credited back soon in your account within a week if any balance deducted. And insisted on payment before delivering the parcel. With this we made him pay with paytm Proof is attached. Its been more than 13 days refund not yet granted by Delhivery courier . We confirmed the payment status from Amazon and they have confirmed that payment is successfully paid to the vendor on the same day proof attached. Grievance : Refund of this Amazon Pay transaction not issued by courier co Delievery till date and amount has been charged twice by mistake or by fraud voluntarily . Resolution : Lookng forward to get back 1798/- refund in same account from which payment made or at my UPI No [protected] from which i placed the order and finish the matter here. In any case if refund is not issued or suitable reply is not received from your side WITHIN NEXT 7 DAYS we are bound to initiate legal proceeding for the recovery of excess charged by you along with the compensation for mental harrasment.
