Delhivery — Refund of twice payment

Hi on 4 th august shipment arrived for which i paid via upi ₹ 599.99 but delivery agents told payment not updated so you pay cash deduct amount will get refund
so we paid cash of rs 600 but till date no refund recieved from delhivery

Oops! Payment attempted through QR code for AWB[protected] failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery
