Delhivery — Refund related issue against double payment of single order

I had placed order through flipkart via Cash on delivery on 11 Sep 2022 and got delivery on 17 Sep2022 from shipment no[protected]. I had made payment through credit card by scanning the QR code and paid Rs.177 to delhivery merchant, transaction was successful from my side but merchant didn't receive the amount. then Delivery body asked me to do re-payment and he gave me surety that i will get the refund of 1st made payment within 3 days thats why i made 2nd payment of Rs. 177 through paytm account. 2nd payment was received to him on the spot and he gave me the product delivery. But now my 1st payment of Rs. 177 has not credited in my account till yet. i put a mail 3 times to delhivery customer support team ([protected]@delhivery.freshdesk.com)but they are not responding to me.
I have attached the screenshot of payment, please do the needful to refund my money.
