Delhivery — Remittance not received

We have not received remittance amount from Delhivery in our bank account since August 21st. Delhivery logistics company collects cash from our customers which is not deposited to our account. Delhivery has still not resolved the settlement issue. Company first asked us to resend bank account details (in which they were depositing our money for last 4 years). No response after we resent account details. Delhivery is holding back money which was due 2 months back. Inspire of writing more than 20 emails regarding this issue, our delhivery relationship manager is not allowed to share his no or call us back regarding this matter.

Delhivery has still not resolved the settlement issue.

Company first asked us to resend bank account details (in which they were depositing our money for last 4 years).

No response after we resent account details.

Delhivery is holding back money which was due 2 months back.

Inspire of writing more than 20 emails regarding this issue, our delhivery relationship manager is not allowed to share his no or call us back regarding this matter.
