I am writing to escalate an unresolved issue regarding a return shipment sent to your Gurgaon warehouse (Revenue Estate, Village Behrampur, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122004) via Delhivery, under AWB#[protected]. The shipment status reflects as "delivered" on 29th September 2025.
Despite multiple follow-ups over the past month, I have not received any proof of delivery or location tracking details. The only response I’ve received is a generic confirmation of delivery, without any supporting documentation.
This lack of transparency and accountability is deeply concerning. I kindly request the following information be shared at the earliest:
Proof of delivery, including recipient signature (if available)
Confirmation of the exact delivery location
Any other supporting documentation or evidence of delivery
This matter has been pending for over a month, and I urge you to treat it with priority. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this issue through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
