Delhivery — Return pick up not returned to company

Three items of Marks and Spencer were returned by me to Delhivery staff. This was on 27 July 2022 at around 2:50 pm. The items were picked up from my house in Sonipat (the exact address can be provided on receiving a call from Customer care) by three people who came in a bike.
They were totally ignorant of the process of return pickup. The OTP was sent to my phone when they were there and I still have those messages (photo is attached). They informed me that my items had been successfully returned. However, I did not receive any confirmation messages of the return pickup. And now, Marks and Spencer informs me that on their end, the return pickup has not yet happened!
Please retrieve the 3 items that were picked up and return them to Marks and Spencer so that they can process my refund. It has already been 3 weeks since the pickup!!
The Marks and Spencer items returned are the following.

Denim Regular Fit 3/4 Sleeve Blouse,
Cotton Rich Regular Fit Sweatshirt,
Denim Collarless Puff Sleeve Shirt
