Delhivery — return product

Hello,

We did not order anything from thegrid spglobal but we have received the order from delhivery which is cash on delivery. This is ridiculous as this is something bluff. Please refund our money back i. E. Rs.425/-. Please do as early as possible.

We want to return it again at earliest.

Please let us know the procedure.

Updated by Divya pankaj I am not orderd anything from this online app. But i received a cloth. Its quality is very poor..-. Now i want to return on or before 20th october 2017 and get the refund. The price of the cloth is 425rs. Please return my money. Make sure that the money as refund must handover to me and not in credit note or in any wallet.. Please return my money fast

I ordered a shoe that is size 6. But when my order got delivered I got surprise because the shoe is so big and colour also not similar with my order.
The order was delivered from delhivery and the order id is[protected]. The return address also given that is L-34, CENTER POINT, RING ROAD.
Now I want to return my order and how can I do it please tell me
