This is to inform you that my order id[protected] which was to be delivered to delhi was returning to me stating reason poor packaging which according to me wasn't poorly packaged and now my shipment is lost, what should I do, return me the whole parcel or refund me the amount please.It was a big order fragile and prestigious to me, how can I bear the loss.
My delhivery account name is MACRAMALLEY 0063800.

My order was out for delivery on16 SEP 2021 but the delivery guy didn't connect with me even once and a msg came on my phone that my order is not delivered because I was not available and I was there at my pace.
Today at night I am leaving for my Journey and I need that parcel by today.
But due to this appropriate behavior of your del. guy, I would not be able to carry my credit card.

My order was out for delivery on14 SEP . but delivery boy doesn't contacted me even once .and a msg came to me that my order is not delivered because I was not available.on 15 SEP it was showing that my order is out for delivery, but I still decided to go to delivery hub which is 12 km away fromy house.i reached there after 40 min when it was showing that my order is out for delivery.but the delivery boy was just chilling there and my parcel was lying on the floor, it was not even packed in there bag to go out for delivery.😡😡

I have not received delivery of the shipment of Tracking ID:[protected]
which shows delivered on 21/08/2021...
On the same day, I received a call at 19:06 from delivery person, and I gave him OTP, and he said he has given it to security person, when I arrived, there wasn't any package at the guard room, where all the deliveries are kept, I tried to contact the delivery person, but there was another person on the phone...
I raised a complaint at their customer service twice with Ticket id: 22549618 and 22698864..
they were unable to share delivery proof...
they contacted me twice, but weren't able to do anything..
Update: They updated the delivery status to Lost, now I want my REFUND as soon as possible, of ₹1637.36...
They have stopped responding since last 10 days, and aren't processing my refund..

I had placed an order for pick up and delivery of a shipment on delhivery, it was supposed to be collected 2 days ago but that didnt happen, when i track the status on their website, there it is mentioned shipper unavailable when in fact their delivery executive never went to the location for collection. they dont have any customer care number mentioned on their website. i want to refund my paid amount but there is no option available on their site.
highly unprofessional and unethical behavior

Delhivery delivery agent refused to deliver the package despite repeated guidance on the road directions. After 5 minutes, he denied delivery saying he has other products to deliver and i can take it personally from his office. When asked to follow Google maps, he blatantly refused saying he doesn't understand Maps. How can you make someone Delivery agent if he is not professional and untrained and on top of it behaves rudely and tells me to pick it up from his office?

Isn't Delhivery charging fees for door step delivery? Or the customer is supposed to do everything on his behalf? Every other Company is delivering without any problem, only Delhivery agents are showing unnecessary attitude.

Already complained against this on their website and raised ticket, but still no response. Even their Customer care contact number is out of service.

It is unfortunate to report you that the delivery boy attitude and behavior was not at all acceptable. He refused for door delivery and asked me to come to main road to collect the courier. As i was in my office and at that location my wife along with 1 yr kid was only available, i requested him for door delivery. In response to that delivery boy clearly denied for the same and told me that either you send your family to collect it or i will return it back. As the courier content was baby food, i was forced to sent my wife to collect the courier on the main road along with 1 yr kid.

Hello there, the order no with LR[protected] has been placed from Howrah, West Bengal to Mangalore, Karnataka. The issue is that delivery charges has been already paid in advance from Howrah itself but I was asked to pay again after the item has been reached to me. So one of your employee took back the item along with him as the payment has not being processed. Please resolve this issue

Delivery of the parcel no [protected]

I had ordered a Copper Bottle from RBL Rewards Website. They Sent through Delhivery Courier Company. On 30th August i got the delivery code sms from them but there was no delivery of the product.

On 1st September I raised the issue via their complaint system, that i have not received the package so need proof of delivery. They have not provided till date the proof of delivery.

Now 7 days has passed and the site removes the tracking order data.

They do not have customer support and the email address they provided does not reply.

I have not given the delivery code to any one than how they have shown as delivered. And they are not giving the proof of delivery.

Coming to the first incident, I have ordered something from a website which delivers through delhivery and one day a delhivery agent called me and asked me the delivery code before appearing to me! When I asked why he asked the code before delivery then he said he had a rush to home so he is in hurry after he get my delivery code through call he will deliver it to me. But how can I trust him! I denied to give that and after 1 hour he came and gave the package.

The second incident happened just today in the afternoon. I have requested a return from an website. Today morning I got a message that Delhivery will pickup the return. In the afternoon the agent called me and asked the location in spite of the address is given already. I told him the direction to the nearest landmark and told to call me after reaching that. After some time he again called me that he didn't find the landmark, I told him the direction again. After that he again called me, then I told him the exact direction to my home but he shouted at me why I am not at the landmark which is very absurd. I told him repeatedly that it is the landmark that doesn't mean I live there and you have my address you can find it easily. But he didn't listen to me and shouted repeatedly. Then I also got angry and then told him that you have my address you come to me I will not give you further information. In less than 1 minute he entered in my house like a hooligan. I sent my husband to talk to him as I didn't felt safe to talk to him. My husband took the package which I have to return and asked for some confirmation, so he rudely told him I don't know anything...I am from delhivery thats it, now give the package. My husband denies to give that which is quite normal. There is a valuable thing in the package how could we trust him after his behaviour and even he is not confirming anything about the return. So after we denied to give him the package he kept shouting throughout the road like he had done a favour to find our house. What kind of attitude is this!

AWB Number:[protected] This is tracking id given by Noise for reverse pick-up our Noise tune Charge Bluetooth, Courier Guy came to my address and pick-up the my Bluetooth from me on 7 sept 21, but today's it is showing as cancelled by him due to mismatch the product, please support.

I was a employ of delhivery as delivery boy. So i started working for delhivery as part time job even I've worked regularly starting time. I'd already informed the manager that I'd not be available if my class starts then he agreed and he told me the wouldn't be starting soon because of the covid but the class started on the day which i told him and unfortunately i forced to quit the job some study loads and the manager's bahaviour wasn't good towards his workers he always scolds and even towards some customers. The problem is he didn't give me the money yet that i work for. I've spent my own money for the fuel for those days. He refused to give me the money that he ought to give after the date he told me. And he told me my id is blocked so he can't give me the money. I wanna know if my id is blocked or not. I've sent you many mails but your answers was always same like approaching to hr management here in my place doesn't even have a office for you. When i searched it shows my State kerala doesn't have office of delhivery so i need immediate action for this I've been looking for justice for me so long. How ridiculous it's. Hope you will find me a better solution

I'm alok gour. I have ordered some item, my courier reached at nearest delhivery hub( seoni malwa distt hoshangabad, madhya pradesh )on sept 2, 2021 but courier boy not delivered my courier from last 6 days. And when I called to delivery boy he said there is single parcel of my location and his senior told him not to go to deliver a single courier. How should I resolve this problem.My AWB no. [protected]. Kindly do needful on priority.

Nagaur branch courier not reply properly when we confirm our pod.our one pod missed and not delivered but delevery courier system showing delivered.
And our three pod ( couirers ) went to haydrabad whose very umpirtant and not received yet .
And this couirers service is very low category

Sirf delivery wale sirf bewakoof banate hai items kabhi aate hi nahi delivery dene itva harraiya basti wale bahut jhoot bolte hai
