My package is reached to destination city(hyderabad), Its been more than 5 days. Status is continuously postponing to next day. There is no proper channel to connect with delhivery customer care. Only emails which is one way communication, For which they don't reply. I don't know, why fedex is passing orders to this incompetent delivery services. which do not know have a 2 way customer care support.
please be transparent and update accurate delivery dates, don't play with dates just be updating schedule continously. Was this information helpful? |
