Delhivery — Shipment delay of live plants

Address:Lalhmingliani Pachuau, Venghlui Aizawl

My parcel tracking number[protected] has been delayed for so long, which was sent on 15th February 2022, it contains live plants costs Rs 6000, the plants may die and total loss will happen, please help
