Delhivery — Shipment not available with merchant

I have ordered a product from a store and have sent through Delhivery courier where it stated "order received for delivery"-Gurgaon on 1st, Nov, 2023 on the app and on 3rd, Nov, 2023 it stated "Shipment not available with merchant". It makes me really confused the fact on how it could provide the consignment ID for tracking without receiving the product from merchant in the first place. Honestly, i having a really terrible experience with the courier service.
