    I had placed an order on Aug 8th after which the status was marked as "Delivered" on 25th Aug. But I have not received the package yet. The AWB no. Is [protected] and the order id is S[protected].
    I tried calling the support, raised a ticket on their app and also contacted the delhivery agent who usually does my delivery but nothing helped. I've been behind this issue for all these days but I did not hear back from them yet. I humbly request you to help me resolve this issue. I hope that you will be able to help me. Thank you.

      I had placed a prepaid order on 8th August after which the product was marked "Delivered" on 25th August but I have not received the package yet. I tried contacting the support team and also raised a ticket in their app, but have not received any proper response yet. The AWB no. Is [protected] and the order no. Is S[protected]. I humbly request you to please help me resolve this issue as I've tried every other possible way. I also tried contacting the delhivery agent who has delivered my previous orders, but nothing helped. Please help me get my package.

        I have not yet received my shipment with order numbers [protected] and [protected]. These orders were prepaid, and the delivery person assured me that they would arrive by tomorrow. However, it has been almost 10 days, and I still have not received my orders, which have a total value of approximately 10, 000 rupees.

          Delivery agent not delivering product... Estimate delivery date was 6th august... But they are not delivered till...the update shows delivery attempt failed and to be re attempt.. But no delivery attempt was made by them...always changing estimate delivery date...please deliver it...

            I live in a remote location in Matial, Uttarakhand. There is a nearby shop where I always get my online orders delivered. Delhivery’s delivery agent cslled me n said he has reached the shop n asked me to give him the otp. However when i later went to the shop to collect my order, i came to know that he had never arrived. Upon calling him, he gave several excuses. It has been 3 days and I haven’t received my order. I can’t complaint anywhere because he took otp from me. This is absolutely a fraud and I want to file serious complaint against the delivery agent. His number is +[protected] Devendra Negi

              I ordered 2 shipments on the 23rd August. Out of which one order was delivered (D-Tan Face Pack) to us. And the second shipment which is worth Rs 1040 was marked as Delivered. When i was out of Delhi for some time and as soon as I saw on the app that the shipment has been delivered, But i did not received my second shipment and without any information by the delivery boy marked as delivered. and also updated without OTP.

              So Delhivery team has fraud with me.

              And when I talked to your ground team regarding my order, no one help me.

              So team please get my shipments delivered as soon as possible otherwise I will take a legal action for this inconvenience. And hope so it will be resolved by tomorrow.

                  I am writing to vring to your attention a concerning issue ive encountered with your delivery partner . my order when delievered the very next day i opted for refund However the delievery partner refused to show up .
                  I request to arrange alternative trustful pickup as soon as possible

                    Delhivery charged me for an express pick up and delivery. AWB[protected].
                    Initial order made 23/08/23.
                    They failed to pick up on given date, inform or update or respond to multiple queries. As this was urgent, I sent item by another courier. Delhivery shockingly not only failed to respond or reply but started making entirely FALSE CLAIMS that item was picked up and in transit and now claiming out for delivery. A WEEK after due date I had booked and WITHOUT EVER PICKING UP ITEM. Dozens of messages to complaints unanswered. The level of

                        I ordered foldable cot from amazon and the seller sent the shipment through delhivery courier. My AWB is [protected]. It came to my nearest delivery place on 18th August 2023. Each day they keep postponing the delivery date by 1 day for past 10 days. no one called from Delhivery team for delivery or any updates. I am waiting for this for more than a month now and it's really frustrating. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.

                          I ordered foldable cot through Amazon and seller used Delhivery for sending the product. My AWB is [protected]. The shipment reached my nearest delivery center(Nagalkeni delhivery center- Chrompet, Chennai) on August 18, 2023 and delivery date was August 19, 2023. For past 12 days, the delivery date gets changed to next day every night and no one contacted me for shipment delivery. I raised a ticket on delhivery with ticket #65532844. No response from any team. Really frustrated with this and not able to plan any travel due to this shipment delivery. Kindly help me get this resolved.

                                  I had shipped a microwave through Delhivery courier and that product was insured by delhivery. Now the product is broken and I have submitted all evidence.

                                  However I'm not getting any answer/response from Delhivery customer care on this issue.

                                    I'm writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delay in delivering my consignment, AWB#[protected]. This situation is becoming all too familiar, as I've experienced a similar issue with Delhivery in the past.
