Delivery person asking for extra money

I have ordered through Amazon and got delivered the item today. The delivery person was asking for extra money as delivery charge which is not mentioned anywhere. When I questioned him, he said it is customer choice to give as tips. This way these people are cheating us....

Damaged my shipment

Address: Hyderabad

I booked two shipments using shiprocket service to send the boxes to Tamil Nadu. The courier used was Delhivery.

The boxes are from ikea which are the strongest boxes used for packing. The product cost of the shelf sent is Rs 9290.

After receiving the product from ikea I packed it again with clean wrap and placed several fragile stickers.

Product delivered to wrong address and is lost

Hi,
One of my orders with tracking ID [protected] was delivered to the wrong address and is lost now. The shipping address is completely different from the address on the tracking page as can be seen in the screenshots. The vendor also tried to place a return order for the package, still no success. Product Not Received/ Stolen by their Team

I have recently Ordered Natural Honey from Natural Shadows on 03-Feb-2021, They shipped my material on 04-Feb-2021, I checked the status, it says that the materials is delivered to Consignee (Attached Screenshot) But material we didn't received.

Delay in Parcel delivery.

I ordered a food item to be eaten during pongal. The estimated delivery date was 12/01/2021. But every day the delivery date they showing in their order tracking is increasing by one day. Goods not received

I have shifted my home furniture and clothes from Thane to Hyderabad

Complaint About Pickup Guy

Hello,

I have placed my order thru SHIPROCKET selecting your service from options and that is my mistake i think.

Your guy today called me and i was in bathroom so i missed his called and in under 2mins i recalled him and he said that now i can not come to pickup the parcel as i have gone from that place as you have not received my call.

It's been 4days since the status is showing pick up, there is no change whatsoever in status, I have contacted the seller they already shipped.

Remittance not received

We have not received remittance amount from Delhivery in our bank account since August 21st.

Delhivery logistics company collects cash from our customers which is not deposited to our account.

Delhivery logistics does not share relationship manager's number with its clients.

Delhivery logistics is not replying our email in this regard....

wrong amount on invoice

I have shipped my scooter from gurgaon to varanasi with lrn[protected] with the help of your executive ujjwal sawarn. As per our discussion total change would be 2400/ including all the taxes.

As per requirement i have mad the 2000/ advance payment through google pay (Receipt attached) but i received the scooter deliver person asking for 1209/ and give me invoice accordingly.
