Delhivery — Shipment not delivered after 2 months

My shipment is not delivered even after repeated mails, and complaints.
can someone please look into this and let me know where my consignment is.
This company needs to be fined heavily for playing with people's money & products. They dont even act responsible or bother to call and sort the issue. No customer service phone no is there to talk to someone.

The CEO needs to be held accountable for such pathetic service
