Delhivery — Shipment not picked up even after multiple escalations

Hi Delhivery and ShipRocket

This is to apprise your good-self that I booked a parcel with shiprocket on 8/3/2022 from Nellore to Varanasi. For the first five days no one came to pick up the parcel even after repeated escalations. Then on 12/3/2022 I changed courier partner to delhivery. Even then it has been over a week no one has contacted for pickup.

This is the height of carelessness on the part of the shiprocket team who is neither trying to help apart from automated reply. I am unable to understand that if Delhivery is unable to pick up the parcel then why have you booked it in first place. What's the use of shiprocket as a platform?

I am attaching all the relevant details and screenshot. Please provide compensation for the same and expedite the process.
It has been 11 days since I am trying to get me parcel shipped have cancelled three times due to non pick up by delhivery even now no one has come or called to pickup.

This is the third parcel which I have booked expecting a pickup this time and I think this is also of no use.

Never ever using shiprocket and delivery again in my life.
