My package from 'Bookswagon' has been shipped to the wrong address. Usually, it goes from 'New Delhi airport' to 'Haryana' to Ahmedabad.
However, my package was first delayed, and I didn't receive any updates about it for three days.
And now, when I checked, it's showing that it has been shipped to Ludhiana, which is in the opposite direction.
Please look into this matter and deliver my package to me.

The same with my other package that has been shipped at Ahmedabad, but no updates still.
When I checked the website, it showed a different excuse, and on their app they show another excuses saying-- We are unable to deliver the package because the consignee is in a COVOID-19 Containment zone.
Mind you, it's nothing like that, I just recieved a package from Bluedart which was, by the way, shipped three days later than the Delhivery.
Please look into this matter, I reaised a query but they are not responding at all and making wrong excuses.

Image 5 is the order that has arrived Ahmedabad but hasn't updated since then. (Usually the shipment arrives at Ahmedabat (Matoda_H), but this has stopped at Ahemdabad (Kanera_GW).
