[Resolved]  Delhivery — Shipped to wrong address and showing wrong excuses.

My package from 'Bookswagon' has been shipped to the wrong address. Usually, it goes from 'New Delhi airport' to 'Haryana' to Ahmedabad.

However, my package was first delayed, and I didn't receive any updates about it for three days.

And now, when I checked, it's showing that it has been shipped to Ludhiana, which is in the opposite direction.

Please look into this matter and deliver my package to me.

The same with my other package that has been shipped at Ahmedabad, but no updates still.

When I checked the website, it showed a different excuse, and on their app they show another excuses saying-- We are unable to deliver the package because the consignee is in a COVOID-19 Containment zone.

Mind you, it's nothing like that, I just recieved a package from Bluedart which was, by the way, shipped three days later than the Delhivery.

Please look into this matter, I reaised a query but they are not responding at all and making wrong excuses.

Image 4 is from their app which is showing a different issue than the website.

Image 5 is the order that has arrived Ahmedabad but hasn't updated since then. (Usually the shipment arrives at Ahmedabat (Matoda_H), but this has stopped at Ahemdabad (Kanera_GW).

They didn't do anything. Garbage courior service. The only reason it's still alive is because it's cheap.
Delhivery customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The order with tracking ID [[protected]] is now out of delivery.

However, my main complaint is hasn't been resolved. My order with tracking ID [[protected]] is still stuck in the wrong origin center (Ludhiana) and there have been no updates since.

The only update I got was (Details changed by Delhivery) and that was at 4 PM of 10 August.

That order was prepaid and that's why I am worrying about it. Please do something about it, or it looks like I will have to go to Twitter and call them out or start #Cancel culture.

PS- That order has been shipped since 6 th August and it's been a week then.

It was resolved after halfa month. Delhivery should change their name to "Delayverymuch"
