I had claimed warranty on boat earphone about 2 month ago and product picked up by their courier partner delhivery and after replacement it has to be delivered to same address. When product reached destination city they sent message about product being delivered on 15 july and by the end of the day they changed product delivery status to
"order cancelled by customer" and denied to deliver it.
