Hi, after picking up the shipment with the above mentioned tracking number, the package is still idle for 4days at Delhivery processing centre Bangalore. The package was supposed to be delivered on 17th August. While raising a query to the customer care, they give only false information or fake promises that it will reach in 2 working days for the sake of replying, and no action is taken further, for the movement of the package. Rather than mail conversation there is no customer care contact or any other means of contact, I haven't seen such a irresponsible courier company, who has no care about their customers, I'm only able to see all other customers who are complaining about the courier service everywhere. Please take some necessary action on delivering the package and deliver it ASAP. Kindly help me in concern.
