[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — delaying delivery & not responding to call & using slang language

My awb no[protected], which is to be delivered by 16.10.18 but daily i get sms of delay in delivery. Today i got sms of delivery by 22.10.18. They are not responding to my calls. Delivery boy pick my call n disconnect it.
Product reached to my city on 14.10.18 but yet not delivered. Delivery boy daily by himself change the date of delivery n it shows me that customer change the delivery date, but still i din got single call.

Updated by chintansakaria2811 Again i got a msg that tv will be delivered on 23.10.18
They actually want to deliver or not.?
Instead of delivering they daily send me new date of delivery. In status update they mention customer defered delivery date. But they dint contact me yet.
