They are not delivering the package and are updating false information on the shipment number.
It has been 8 days since the product reached the nearest hub and their customer service is of no help.
Called them twice in 5 days, every time they said 'Please give us another 24 hours'.
This has been the worst cx experience ever, no one is listening and no one is answering.
