[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — fraud by seller —

I have order and booked apple air pad. The seller has sent me wrong product.
The address printed on order was:
"[protected]@outlook.com 18 - delhi"

Clearly its a incomplete address, i emailed seller at above address regarding delivery of wrong product and return of money but has not received any response.

I mailed and given feedback to delhivery but not able to track the seller.
