I want a refund of aproduct i recieved

With 100 hours playtime ambient mode, bluetooth 5, noise cancellation, waterproof

I got a i 7s tws bluetooth
Which is malfunctioning.. I want a refund or a replacement of the original product which i ordered.. Please take actions fast
