My two AJIO ordered items tracking id #[protected] were to be picked up by 28 Sep 2019, it's 10th Oct now and my items is still not picked up. I've been trying to reach them on their customer care number, but that number is always busy. I wrote them 3-4 mails regarding the delay in picking up my order. Everytime I get a standard " apology template" mail from their side.
Actually, in total they have attempted 6-7 attempts to pick up my item, but all the attempts were failed. Everytime I'll get a message from their delivery executive that my AJIO items will be picked up the EOD. But everytime when I get a call from their delivery executive, he refuses to come. The reason they are sending out the delivery executive from a place that is 45-50 kms away from my place. I've already informed them about this mishandling through, but as I already told, they don't even the read the mail, they jusy reply you back with their standard template. It;s been 2 weeks now, they didn't even bothered to call me to get this issue close asap. All this could have been avoided, had they read my mail. I've been telling them to assign a delivery executive who is nearest to my area pin code.
I'm absolutely sick and tired of chasing them. Please help me, I can't take it anymore.
I'm attaching the img of my tracking id, you can see that they are sending a guy who works around pregnapur/bhuvangiri, which are 45-50 kms from my area pin code. And just FYI, my address is completely valid, it's not incomplete like it is said in the tracker.
