Dear Delhivery Team, I had shipped my 2 packages from Hyderabad to Kolkata using Delhivery.com services. It has been a month now and I have not received it. I have logged multiple complaints to them over email and there was no response. There is no contact number for customer service. The mobile app is showing me different estimated delivery dates for 18 days now but I never receive my shipment on the mentioned date. My shipment tracking ID is[protected]. The packages contain important items that I need urgently. I want the packages delivered in 2 days. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |

But there are no updates from your end yet. Please check and respond.
