[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — late delivery and unprofessional behavior of courier service man | |||
My tracking id[protected] is this. My product to be delivered on 27jan 2019 i waited for it whole day long As no contact number of the delivery person available Delivery person contacted me at 18: 40 i insisted to deliver soon as i need it urgent as it was to be given to someone as gift. Delivery person said to deliver it 20-22 mins, i said ok but try fast. At 20:30 i contacted him again n he started making excuses n said u said dont come n all fake excuses Ultimately the delivery man came at 21:05 i denied to take this as it is of no use Now after tracking my order again i find that it is said by me to delay delivery now it is to be delivered on 28 jan 2019 How unprofessional attitude is this N no correct information about the status of customer response.
