[Resolved]  Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — my item has been replaced with toothpaste

My name is kapil and i'm an individual. I sent an android box via delhivery c2c to my friend in chhattisgarh. He just received the package today. When he opened the package, he found 3 toothpastes instead of android box i've sent. Box looked like someone opened that from back by cutting the existing tape and put some extra tape to hide the cut.

The guy who picked up the courier is virendra and his phone number: [protected]

The guy who delivred the package was bharti and his phone number: [protected]

I called the both of them but they denied that fact that package is replaced.
Also i called the company but they didn't tell me why this happened.

I want my package eithet or the value (Rs. 4000).
