Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — Negligence/Refusal of delivery

I have already raised the complaint against the Delhivery Courier Services of West Garo Hills, Tura, Meghalaya twice. About their negligence of services that have been kept the customers' products (even the prepaid items) for 2 to 4 days (sometime for only one day) in their office and returned it back without any consent or concern (they don't even try to contact the customer) of customers. My product (Tracking ID[protected] and Order ID[protected]) has been in transit/remain stuck at Tura-Songgital, Dakopgre West Garo Hills, Tura, Meghalaya office and when I try to collect the product from their office, they refused to deliver it to me and don't even bother to find it. They said that only after calling or getting the sms, the product will be delivered.
They have replied me that Courier Service is not there in my residential address and product will be deliver within 48 hours but even after complaining about not delivering of product and it has been returning to the seller. It is their Courier Service which have been delivering my online purchased products for about 3 or 4 years. Let me clear you that my residential address is only about 5kms or 6kms away from Tura-Songgitalgre, Dakopgre and 4 or 4 and half kms away from Sora Complex, Dakopgre, New Tura and only 1 and half or 2 kms away from Near Don Bosco, Guwahati Road, Rongkhon Tura, West Garo Hills, Meghalaya offices of Delhivery Courier Service. But I have been seeing that you Courier Service has been delivering the products to about 15 or 18kms away. They told me that my product will be held for 48 hours and it will be delivered soon but it has been already returning to the seller, I have not received any contacts or sms till today. This is not the first time that this particular courier service returned prepaid products without any consent of customer. They returned this product also before (Order ID[protected]. I understand that there is a shortage of delivery boys so, I myself went to the office itself to collect the item but they did not deliver it. They told me that they will contact or sms me later but returned the product without my knoledge. This is an intolerance, they are the worst courier service. Therefore, I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve the problem and necesarry action must be taken so that we customers will never face such problems like before. Thank you.
