[Resolved]  Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — no customer service and parcel not delivered yet

A parcel which is being sent from raipur to kapurthala, pb has been stuck at bilaspur hr warehouse for 5 days without any updates.
I have been trying to contact them but their customer service number doesn't work and they provide fake assurances on their twitter account.
I wouldn't have resorted to posting this complaint here as long as i knew where my parcel was and if i could have atleast had some sort of way to communicate with the company but this is unacceptable when other couriers are able to deliver.

Resolution demanded 1. Clarity in tracking process
2. Better customer service
3. Deliver my parcel asap (Tracking id[protected]
