[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — order not delivered - bath and body works

I purchased products from bath and body works, i have got messages saying it’s been delivered to me, and also in the main website it’s been marked as delivered, but not received a single product. Tracking id:[protected]
It’s a prepaid order.
Have not got any call from the delivery agent and when i am trying to call delhivery - i got absolutely no response and bath and body works people say - it’s been marked wrongly, the product will be delivered soon, but to no avail.
