Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — Parcel lost by courier boy

My shipment awb[protected] set to be delivered on march 21 but was lost by the courier boy andwrongly marked as delivered taking advantage of the lockdown.. Tried contacting customer support on call and email but they stopped replying. Worst courier company
