Ordered a soundbar form jbl on nov 2nd. Expected delivery was on 5th november. Awb :[protected]. Till now the product is not delivered. Tried reaching the customer care, but line is always busy. Tried sending emails, but no responses from delhivery side. When contacted jbl customer care, they are saying that the product has been returned? How can the product be returned without even being delivered?
