Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — product not delivered - order cancelled by customer - wrong information

The delivery of product was scheduled for 31 july. I have also requested for urgent delivery.
But no delivery agent contacted me till now.
Now the shipping history is showing that “the order is cancelled by customer. Please deliver the product as soon as possible.
