[Resolved] Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — unexpected delay in delivery & non delivery of item even after reach destination city | |||
Item was booked on 23.09.2017, but item was not delivered. From online tracking, it was seen that item was reached on destination city on 02.10.2017, but no delivery boy neither attempt to delivery nor contact with me by phone. But from delhivery online tracking status it shows wrong intimation, they says "asks for delay in delivery". This type wrong intimation not observed in one time, this type of wrong intimation observed 3 times. Frequently contact delhivery customer care centre by e-mail and by over telephone but no action taken. Was this information helpful? | |||
