[Resolved]  Delhivery / Ssn Logistics — urgent unable to trace my parcel it was purchased to do social service for needy people

My parcel was picked up on the 11th of july from surya electronics116 raja garden ring road pincode 110015. But unfortunately, it shows that delivery boy went out for pickup till date which is14 th of july.
I had already mailed you regarding the issue and your support team has assured me to help within 24 hrs but very sorry to say that still my parcel is untraceable and we are very much short of time.
