I had placed an order on Aug 8th after which the status was marked as "Delivered" on 25th Aug. But I have not received the package yet. The AWB no. Is [protected] and the order id is S[protected].
I tried calling the support, raised a ticket on their app and also contacted the delhivery agent who usually does my delivery but nothing helped. I've been behind this issue for all these days but I did not hear back from them yet. I humbly request you to help me resolve this issue. I hope that you will be able to help me. Thank you.
