Delhivery — STUPID POC " Maddirala Himakanth " is doing time pass with us by closing ticket without giving solution

kindy change poc on urgent basis.
I raised 4 tickets for different issue. And poc has closed it without responding.

I raised 2 times tickets to change poc. That ticket also closed by poc without any solution.

I dont want such bad poc who are not interested to solve our query.

I request you to change poc on urgent basis.

I never expect such bad support from delhiivery team.

Need action immediately on poc.
