Delhivery — The courier has been at the local delivery office for 4 days, delayed and now without even attempting delivery it's being sent bac

My very important courier with tracking no[protected] was expected to be delivered on 26/11/2021. However it reached the destination office in Leh and has been sitting there for 4 days without attempting delivery. And now today on 29/11/2021 evening, the tracking details mention that it is being returned back to Delhi without even attempting delivery. What is this nonsense? My work has been on hold because of this unprofessionalism.
