Delhivery — Ticket for I received a damaged product.......No response

Ticket raised on 25th August, 2022, Ticket ID[protected]
I have got my TV in broken condition. The above ticket was raised and i got a reply from Md.Arshad to send images and video.
Thereafter i have sent multiple reminder to Md.Arshad regarding the response for the ticket and i have even mail to retail.[protected]@delhivery.com and "customer.[protected]@delhivery.com.

Till now there is no response from delhivery for the status of ticket id raised against damaged product.
