Delhivery — Too much delay in delivery no response no update

I ordered a product from Amazon which was shipped via Delhivery (AWB: [protected]).

The original delivery date was 28 July 2025. However, Delhivery silently changed it to 29 July without informing me. As of now, the package is still stuck in transit and hasn't even been marked "Out for Delivery".

I have tried to contact Delhivery through their toll-free number, email, and app but received no help.

This delay and lack of customer service has caused serious inconvenience. I request strict action and timely delivery or compensation.
