Delhivery — Tracking tatus is not updated

The delhivery is showing continuously as the delhivery is rescheduled from 2 to 3 days. The tracking status ia not updated also.This ia really very unfair. It ia shoeing only delivery is rescheduled without any reason. The delivery is in bengaluru, and it is showing that the estimated delivery date as 2 jan 2022. How can this possible? The delhivery system is really slow. Really, disappointed from this slow and passive system of delhivery. Please try to resolve my problem.

No reply yet from delhivery. The system is really slow. The problem is not solved yet.
The delhivery does not provide good service. I have mailed them thrice yet the issue is not solved. The delivery is not delivered yet. The tracking status is not updated. The delivery is delayed. Please, resolve this issue @delihvery.
